Police officers detained a 30-year-old resident of Jelenia Góra suspected of a series of thefts and burglaries. According to the officers, the detainee has committed at least 11 crimes since December last year.
The man robbed several basements, stealing tyres, rims, wheels and power tools, as well as garden allotment sheds. The 30-year-old also broke into a car, from which he stole... a gate remote control.
The victims’ total losses amounted to several tens of thousands of złoty. The resident of Jelenia Góra admitted to the offences. He faces up to 10 years in prison.
