The crime took place on September 25 last year in Jelenia Góra. The 50-year-old city resident took advantage of the fact that the owner of the premises was not at home, forced open the balcony door and entered the woman’s apartment. He stole items worth approximately PLN 5,000 in total, including a refrigerator. He sold most of the loot.
The man was arrested. He admitted to the crime. He now faces a sentence of up to 10 years in prison.
