The crime took place on the night of January 13–14 in the Warta Bolesławiecka municipality. Officers apprehended a 44-year-old resident of our county, suspected of burglary. The man confessed. He added that there was nothing of value in the cellar he broke into, so he stole 30 litres of wine.
He now faces up to 10 years in prison.
