– The road was renovated from the intersection of Bolesława Chrobrego and Spółdzielcza streets to the city limits – informs Bolesławiec Mayor Piotr Roman. The road is 1,672 m long, with an area of 16,494 m².
The renovation included, among other things, milling the old surface, adjusting and replacing damaged curbs, and constructing the road base and new road surfaces. The contractor is Eurovia from Kobierzyce, while the subcontractor is Miejski Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej w Bolesławcu. The city budget allocated PLN 1,274,637 for the road renovation.
The renovation of the sidewalk on al. Tysiąclecia was also completed in December. As part of the renovation, the second section of the sidewalk on the right-hand side was completed, from the hospital entrance to the city limits. The renovated sidewalk is 571.5 m long.
The renovation involved replacing the old, damaged concrete-slab sidewalk surface with a surface made of asphalt mineral-bituminous mixtures. The contractor is Tech-Bud from Kruszyn. The city budget allocated PLN 185,137 for the sidewalk renovation.
