The whole story began rather innocently. A resident of Lubin went to Ścinawa to visit his family. Two other men, also residents of Lubin, came to the same apartment. At one point, one of them said that his trousers were dirty and demanded that the victim take his own trousers off and give them to him. The man from Lubin refused. This enraged the perpetrators. They attacked the victim, punching him and kicking him all over his body, then took off his trousers and fled the apartment.
The two residents of Lubin, aged 18 and 22, hid in bushes, where they were detained. Both were drunk. At the time of their detention, they had nearly 2‰ of alcohol in their systems.
They now face up to 5 years in prison.
