Applications to establish land and mortgage registers and to make entries in them will be submitted electronically. This will protect the interests of property buyers by ensuring that information about their purchase is immediately entered into the IT system.
The amendments to the act will also concern powers of attorney in legal proceedings. Employers and pension authorities without legal-person status, as well as entrepreneurs, will be able to grant powers of attorney in legal proceedings to employees who are not attorneys-at-law. This solution is intended to apply, among others, to the MSW Pension and Disability Benefits Office and the president of KRUS.
The bill also grants legal capacity to act in proceedings and capacity to be a party before a court to provincial teams for adjudicating disability.
