At Forum, BOK-MCC has prepared performances for nearly 4,000 viewers. For primary school pupils, Teatr Współczesny from Kraków will stage the touching story “In the Land of the Lion King” four times. Using exotic costumes, professional masks and pulsing ethnic rhythms, the actors transport viewers to the colourful world of the African savannah. The show’s unique character is enhanced by lively songs performed alongside precise choreography, enriching the theatrical staging and providing the youngest viewers with many unforgettable experiences.

For a somewhat older audience, in the performance “Forefathers’ Eve”, the Kraków theatre presents the phenomenon of Mickiewicz’s work, drawing viewers into the poet’s world of imagination.
Meanwhile, in the play “Pan Twardowski”, the actors present Pan Twardowski’s colourful adventures with a generous dose of humour. This instructive, amusing story, full of magic as well as truths about life, introduces the young audience to the atmosphere of Kraków’s mysterious legends.

Next week, Teatr Polski from Wrocław will stage the performance “Ferdydurke” twice, while Teatr Moich Marzeń from Chorzów will present the musical performances “Around the World in 80 Days” and “Little Red Riding Hood …”.
