Promotion and relegation in the leagues
The Bader and Auto-Linie teams said goodbye to the First League. The relegated teams were the two sides at the bottom of the table, which, in accordance with the competition rules, leave the First League. Next season, the Zbyszko and Masters teams will compete in the First League. Both teams finished first and second in the Second League table in the final round, thereby gaining direct promotion to the top-flight competition.
The Warta and Raciborowice teams played relegation play-offs to retain their places in the First League. Their opponents were two Second League teams competing for promotion to the First League. Raciborowice beat Radni Powiatu 4:2, while Warta defeated TDK Reaktywacja 3:0 by walkover. TDK Reaktywacja was punished in this way for unsportsmanlike conduct and for damaging property after the matches. Thanks to their victories, the Raciborowice and Warta teams won their play-offs and remained in the First League.
The next competition will be held next year
Indoor football is very popular. The organizers of the county competition are already thinking about its next edition. “The competition will certainly continue next year,” says Janusz Baranowski, the competition’s initiator and coordinator. The county indoor football competition was held for the sixth time. It was organized by the Międzyszkolny Ośrodek Sportu. Boleslawiec.org was the competition’s media patron.
