Police officers from the station in Ścinawa received a report of furniture theft. After identifying the people who might have committed it, they entered their property. The officers’ suspicions were confirmed: they recovered the stolen furniture.

They then searched the property to check whether it contained other items originating from crime. And, as luck would have it, an Audi A4 was parked in the garage; it had been stolen in Germany in October this year. The car is worth more than PLN 70,000.

Three people have already been charged. The 22-year-old woman and 39-year-old man will face charges for stealing the furniture, while the 33-year-old man will face a charge of handling stolen goods. All three are residents of the Ścinawa municipality. The three suspects now face up to five years in prison.

The investigation is ongoing, and police do not rule out further arrests.
