Almost the entire month of October is filled with meetings and celebrations during which our senior citizens receive greetings and thanks.
One such meeting took place on Wednesday, 22 October, at the Jubilat Miners’ Club. The meeting, organised by the Miners’ Senior Citizens’ Club, traditionally began with speeches. The first to speak was the Club’s president, Krystyna Mania, followed by greetings from the invited guests.
During the celebration, each senior citizen received a copy of the “Bogatyńscy Artyści” album from the Mayor of Bogatynia, Andrzej Grzmielewicz. It features songs performed by folk ensembles and young talents.
As usual, the Jubilaci ensemble enhanced the celebration with its performance.
