The act of vandalism took place on the night of 18–19 October near aleja Tysiąclecia in Bolesławiec. Someone destroyed banners advertising Wojciech Kasprzyk’s Legal Adviser’s Office. The banners were located near the Zespół Szkół Budowlanych and Miejski Zespół Szkół nr 2.
