They came to Legnica at the invitation of Primary School No. 19, which, together with foreign partners, has been carrying out various educational projects for 9 years במסגרת the European Comenius programme “Lifelong Learning”. For two years, school communities from Legnica and six European countries have been cooperating on the project “Big Things in My Small World”.

The guests were particularly interested in the operation of local government in our country and in how education functions in Legnica.

“Spending on education in Legnica represents the most significant item in the city budget,” Tadeusz Krzakowski stressed.Tadeusz Krzakowski. “We are investing in a good future for the young generation of Legnica residents.”

The mayor also offered the guests his best wishes on the occasion of Teachers’ Day, recently celebrated in Poland.
