On Thursday and Friday (23 and 24 October), screenings will be held for organised groups from kindergartens and primary schools. At the weekend, screenings for everyone will take place at 12:15. On Saturday, the Iranian production “Maria’s Son” will be shown, while Sunday’s programme will feature a selection of Polish animated films: “Preschoolers”, “Fisherman at the Bottom of the Sea” and “The Crazy Clock”.

Last year, to mark the 50th anniversary of Bolek and Lolek, five free film screenings were organised at BOK-MCC together with the Polish Filmmakers Association. They proved extremely popular among the residents of Bolesławiec. The Polish Cinema for Young Audiences programme was created by the Polish Filmmakers Association with young audiences in mind. It is an invitation to participate actively in film culture and spend free time at the cinema. It promotes Polish cinema for children and young people in Poland and around the world.
