The project cost PLN 139,214. As part of the works, a new asphalt surface and paved sidewalks were constructed, curbs were installed, and the cable line supplying street lighting was replaced. The works were carried out by the Miejski Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej.
In September, partial repairs to sidewalks were completed in Bolesławiec on the following streets: Teatralna, Modrzewiowa, Królowej Jadwigi, Graniczna and Kwiatowa. Road-sign repairs were carried out on Sierpnia ’80, Cicha, Armii Krajowej, Ceramiczna, Starzyńskiego, Warszawska and Kleeberga Streets.
New locality-name signs were installed on the boundary between the city and the village of Rakowice, on Gdańska Street. Grading of service roads was carried out on Rzemieślnicza, Herberta, Mostowa, Morelowa and Grabowa Streets, as well as on Zabobrze Street, on the section of access road leading toward the culvert beneath national road No. 94. Branches obscuring road signs were cut back on Gdańska Street in the direction of Otok and on Ptasia Street. Drain grates were replaced on Szarotek and Gdańska Streets.
The City Hall commissioned the installation of horizontal and vertical road markings at the exit from Gałczyńskiego Street onto Tysiąclecia Avenue, as well as horizontal markings for parking spaces along Asnyka Street, on the section from the office building to the shopping mall. From 1 October of this year, new traffic arrangements were introduced on Zabobrze Street, on the section from the beginning of the street to building No. 22, prohibiting stopping on both sides of the street.
Work on the construction of a stormwater sewer on Rzemieślnicza Street, on the section from Wojska Polskiego Avenue to Jeleniogórska Street, will continue until the end of October. The contractor is SKG from Bożejowice. Renovation work on the road on Stokrotek Street will also be completed by the end of October. The contractor is Bud-Dróg from Kożuchów. The works include, among other things, laying a new road surface, repairing and adjusting driveways and sidewalks, and adjusting inspection chambers. The value of the works is over PLN 98,000. The funds come from the city budget.
The City Hall handed over the construction site for the implementation of the project titled “Renovation of access paths to buildings located on Dolne Młyny Street in Bolesławiec.” The works will involve renovating the sidewalk, driveway and access paths to buildings numbered 50, 52 and 54. The contractor is the Miejski Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej. The value of the works is PLN 45,775. The funds come from the city budget.
