Police officers from the Juvenile and Pathology Division of the Municipal Police Headquarters in Jelenia Góra detained a 16-year-old suspected of property-related crimes. They determined that at the end of June this year, the teenager committed several thefts in the Mysłakowice municipality. He stole a brush cutter, a lawnmower, and copper pipes and cables.
Moreover, he broke into one of the garages and stole power tools worth more than PLN 3,000. The victims’ total losses amount to several thousand zlotys. The investigation is ongoing, and it cannot be ruled out that the teenager has committed more crimes.
It also emerged that the 16-year-old committed all these acts... while escaping from one of the youth correctional facilities, where he had been placed for crimes committed earlier.
The suspect was taken to the Juvenile Shelter in Wałbrzych. The court will decide what happens to him next.
