Following the completion of works on the reconstruction of county road no. 2383D between Tylice and Mała Wieś Dolna (4,247 m long), the time came for its official opening. It was attended by the Marshal of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Cezary Przybylski, Zgorzelec County Head Artur Bieliński, Senator of the Republic of Poland Jan Michalski, Sejmik councillor Józef Kozłowski, Sulików Municipality Head Robert Starzyński, and Chair of the Municipal Council Jan Solecki.

The road reconstruction included, among other things, laying a new bituminous surface, reconstructing culverts beneath the road and bus bays, and installing roadway drainage. The works also included restoring and deepening roadside ditches; cutting down raised verges while simultaneously profiling them and adjusting their elevations to the roadway surface; removing self-seeded trees and shrubs from roadside ditches and verges; and reconstructing individual and public access roads, together with replacing the culverts beneath them.

To ensure road traffic safety in areas where the road runs along a high embankment and around the body of water (pond), energy-absorbing barriers were installed. Pavements made of concrete paving blocks were constructed within the bus bays and bordered on the roadway side with concrete kerbs.

The investment is worth more than PLN 3.3 million gross and is nearly 85% financed by the Regional Operational Programme.

The project was co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Programme for the Lower Silesian Voivodeship for 2007–2013.

The official opening of voivodeship road no. 355 also took place in Zawidów.
