The 48-year-old detainee was unable to document the origin of the non-ferrous scrap. He offered and handed the officers inspecting the scrap yard a PLN 410 bribe. The officers arrested the man. It is already known that the 48-year-old will be charged with offering a bribe. He will also be charged with buying stolen aluminum and copper wires, if the police suspicions are confirmed. Electrical wires had previously been stolen in a nearby town. The District Prosecutor in Bolesławiec placed the man under police supervision.
