These facilities have been rebuilt.
In July, shortly after fencing was installed around the flower beds along the beautifully renovated Orła Białego Avenue, thieves stole several dozen metres of metal elements.
Municipal officials are appealing to Legnica residents who witness similar acts of vandalism to inform the police or the Municipal Police immediately.
