The Lwówek prosecutor’s office has filed an indictment with the court against two 32-year-old residents of Jelenia Góra Paweł J. and Miłosz B. Both men are accused of jointly cultivating cannabis, while J. will also face charges for possessing nearly 5.5 g of hashish.
From February to June this year, the 32-year-olds ran a marijuana plantation in Wojciechów, in a building previously purchased by Paweł J.’s domestic partner (with his money). J. then instructed her to rent the property to... Miłosz B. free of charge.
On the first floor of the property, the 32-year-olds had established a fully operational marijuana plantation. When officers from the Central Bureau of Investigation and border guards entered the property, they found nearly 400 cannabis plants and almost 80 grams of dried cannabis.
B. was remanded in custody. It turned out that he was also wanted under an arrest warrant and a European Arrest Warrant. J. was subject to a PLN 14,000 bail.
Both men face up to 15 years in prison.
