From 1 September (Monday), it will be open only to public transport buses. Once the earthworks at this intersection are completed, which is expected to happen on 20 September, two-way traffic will be restored for all vehicles except trucks. Drivers are asked to exercise particular caution and follow the designated detour routes.
The change in traffic arrangements in this area is related to the deep earthworks being carried out there, reaching depths of up to 4 metres. The work concerns the existing underground water and stormwater drainage networks. It is being coordinated by the services of Legnickie Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji, which is contributing to the cost of reconstructing Jaworzyńska Street.
Temporary traffic arrangements are being introduced to ensure the safety of both drivers and the construction crews working on site.
