The incident took place on Friday, August 22, on Dolne Młyny Street in Bolesławiec, near the viaduct. At around 1:10 p.m., the Fiat driver—a 20-year-old resident of Nowogrodziec—failed to yield to the Opel driver, a 39-year-old resident of Bolesławiec. The vehicles collided, injuring the 39-year-old.
The Bolesławiec resident was taken to hospital. Whether the incident will be classified as an accident or a collision depends on his health. Both drivers were sober.
