A colourful procession will set off at 7:30 p.m. from Kościelna Street on Friday, 22 August. The parade will pass through the city streets to the main stage, which will be set up on Asnyka Street. Participants in the contest for the most interesting costume will take part in the parade. Wearing costumes they have prepared themselves and inspired by Bolesławiec ceramics, participants will compete for prizes worth more than PLN 6,000.

The contest for the most interesting costume is open to everyone interested. The competition is held in two categories: individual and group. Participants will compete for the Mayor’s Special Prize and attractive prizes funded by local companies.

The prizes will include a three-day stay at a renowned hotel for two people, including meals and treatments at the SPA Centre, as well as a weekend stay and swimming-pool passes. The hotel stay includes active recreation such as horse riding, treasure hunts and tennis. The hotel kitchen prepares game dishes. The prizes will also include grocery shopping vouchers worth a total of PLN 1,500, cash cheques and tickets to the municipal swimming pool. Also available to win are invitations to restaurants and bank promotional gadgets.
