Police were notified on August 7 about a break-in at a store in Brenno (Leszno County). The perpetrators broke into the premises and stole cigarettes, alcohol and food products. The value of the stolen property was estimated at PLN 10,000.
As a result of operations by police from Leszno and Legnica, three Legnica residents were arrested (all three are 26 years old). The suspects were taken into police custody. Officers recovered the stolen property, which the perpetrators had hidden in a garage.
The three detainees now face up to 10 years in prison.
