Minor 2 glazing machines manufactured by Sama, starting price 39 330 PLN (net) [słownie: trzydzieści dziewięć tysiące trzysta trzydzieści PLN] + VAT.

The tender will be held at the headquarters of Zakłady Ceramiczne „BOLESŁAWIEC” Sp. z o.o., ul. T. Kościuszki 11, 59-700 Bolesławiec, on 20 August 2014 at 8:00 a.m. The tender will be conducted by a commission appointed by the company.

The items for sale may be viewed from 28 July 2014 until 8 August 2014. The person authorized to contact bidders is Mr Radosław Knichał, telephone 604 515 877.

Deposit in the amount of: Tender II: 4 500 PLN (Vincentini hydraulic press). Tender III: 3 933 PLN (glazing machines). The deposit must be paid in cash at the cashier's office of Zakłady Ceramiczne „Bolesławiec” Sp. z o.o., ul. T. Kościuszki 11, 59-700 Bolesławiec, by 18 August 2014 at 12:00 noon.

The increment in the case of an oral tender: Tender II: 450 PLN (Vincentini hydraulic press). Tender III: 393 PLN (glazing machines).

Offers must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked “PRZETARG 19.08.2014” at the secretariat of Zakłady Ceramiczne „BOLESŁAWIEC” Sp. z o.o., ul. T. Kościuszki 11, 59-700 Bolesławiec, by 19 August 2014 at 12:00 noon. The offer is binding until 2 September 2014.

The offer should include: the bidder's first name, surname and address, or the company name and registered office, the offered price, and the bidder's declaration that they have familiarized themselves with the subject of the tender.

Instructions

  • 1. Payment of the deposit is a condition for participating in the tender.
  • 2. The deposit is forfeited to the company if none of the tender participants offers the starting price.
  • 3. Deposits submitted by bidders whose offers are not accepted will be returned immediately after the offer has been selected.
  • 4. The deposit submitted by the buyer will be credited toward the price.
  • 5. The deposit is forfeited to the company if the bidder whose offer is accepted evades concluding the agreement.
  • 6. A buyer who fails to pay the price no later than when the agreement is concluded loses the right to the deposit.
  • 7. If it is established that several bidders have offered the same price, the tender will continue in the form of an oral auction on the same day, i.e. 20 August 2014 at 10:00 a.m.

The tender may be annulled.
