One would like to write: at last! We have repeatedly reported that a Provincial Road Traffic Centre would be established in Bolesławiec. In fact, it was even supposed to open last year. “This delay was not our fault,” Roman Kuty, deputy head of WORD in Jelenia Góra, said in an interview with “ii”. “We wanted the Bolesławiec centre to open as soon as possible. But for technical reasons, the deadline was extended so much.”

Since 15 July, WORD has been accepting registrations for theory and practical exams. “Once groups have been formed, exam dates will be set,” Kuty informs us. The centre’s official opening, attended by Lower Silesian Marshal Cezary Przybylski, is scheduled for the beginning of next week (the exact date has not yet been set). And in two or three months, WORD in Głogów will begin operating.
