The new president of the District Heating Company will be 55-year-old Rafał Koronkiewicz, an economist, banker and manager by education (a graduate of the Agricultural Academy in Wrocław). Among other positions, he served as president of Regionalne Centrum Zdrowia Sp. z o.o. in Lubin. Koronkiewicz also has experience in debt collection and rescuing indebted companies.
Former ZEC president Wiesław Ogrodnik was dismissed on May 9, 2014. The official reason for Ogrodnik’s dismissal was that President Piotr Roman had not granted him a discharge for the previous year.
The supervisory board once again appointed Robert Tomczyk as president of the Orka water park. We remind readers that in January 2014, the Municipality of Bolesławiec sold all its shares in Orka to the District Heating Company, and on April 4 the supervisory board dismissed president Robert Tomczyk. The new head of the swimming pool was, for several weeks, Wiesław Ogrodnik, president of ZEC, and later Józef Chmielowski, an employee of ZEC.
