First tender

Second tender

  • Minor 2 glazing machine manufactured by Sama, asking price PLN 43,700 (net), in words: forty-three thousand seven hundred PLN + VAT
  • land property (plot no. 132/13, IV precinct), asking price 99,509 (gross), in words: ninety-nine thousand five hundred nine PLN

The tender will be held at the offices of Zakłady Ceramiczne „BOLESŁAWIEC” Sp. z o.o., ul. T. Kościuszki 11, 59-700 Bolesławiec, on 1 July 2014 at 8:00 a.m.

First tender deposit: PLN 6,150 (Vincentini hydraulic press). Second tender deposit: PLN 5,375 (glazing machine) and PLN 9,950 (land property). The deposit must be paid in cash at the cashier's office of Zakłady Ceramiczne „BOLESŁAWIEC” Sp. z o.o., ul. T. Kościuszki 11, 59-700 Bolesławiec, by 27 June 2014.

The minimum bid increment in the case of an oral tender is: first tender, PLN 615 (Vincentini hydraulic press); second tender, PLN 538 (glazing machine) and PLN 995 (land property).

Offers must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked “TENDER 30.06.2014” to the secretariat of Zakłady Ceramiczne „BOLESŁAWIEC” by 30 June 2014 at 12:00 noon.

The offer should include: the bidder's first name, surname and address, or the company name and registered office; the offered price; and the bidder's statement that the bidder has familiarized themselves with the subject of the tender.

Instructions

  • Payment of the deposit is a condition for participating in the tender
  • The deposit shall be forfeited to the company if none of the tender participants offers the asking price
  • Deposits submitted by bidders whose offers are not accepted shall be returned immediately after the offer has been selected
  • The deposit submitted by the purchaser shall be credited toward the purchase price
  • The deposit shall be forfeited to the company if the bidder whose offer is accepted evades concluding the agreement
  • A purchaser who fails to pay the price no later than when the agreement is concluded in the form of a notarial deed shall lose the right to the deposit
  • If it is established that several bidders have offered the same price, the tender will continue in the form of an oral auction on the same day, i.e. 1 July 2014 at 10:00 a.m.
  • The tender may be annulled
