Employees of the Gminny Ośrodek Kultury i Sportu in Bolesławiec z/s w Kruszynie become actors once a year and prepare a performance for St. Nicholas Day. There were musical, mathematical, space-themed and spelling "Mikołajki". This year’s performance was thematically related to health.

The story is about Santa Claus, who eats poorly, does not take care of himself and, as a result, is very fat. He asks his friend the Elf to help him carry the sack of presents, tries to enter the chimney and unfortunately gets stuck inside it. The Elf tries to pull him out but cannot. They call on a strict fairy for help. The mischievous Elf keeps showing off, jumping on chairs, doing somersaults and so on. At one point, while jumping from a chair, he loses consciousness. The fairy calls rescuers (PCK volunteers for help). Step by step, they tell the children what to do in cases of fainting; later, when it turns out that the Elf’s arm hurts, they immobilize it, explaining everything to the audience.

The children could find out whether they had understood everything correctly, because two competitions were held immediately after the demonstration—providing assistance in cases of fainting and immobilizing an arm. The St. Nicholas performances took place in Bożejowice, Ocice, Kruszyn, Kraśnik Dolny, Trzebień, Brzeźnik, Żeliszów and Dąbrowa.
