During the two-hour concert “Serwus do jutra,” the charismatic vocalist performed his greatest hits. The repertoire included songs by renowned poets: Julian Tuwim’s “Grande Valse Brillante,” Krzysztof Kamil Baczyński’s “Sur Le Pont D’Avignone,” and Halina Poświatowska’s “Czekam wytrwale,” “Kiedy Umrę kochanie,” and “Sheila”.
The artist was accompanied by excellent musicians: Tomasz Filipczak (piano), Mirosław Wiśniewski (double bass, bass), and Przemysław Kuczyński (drums). The atmosphere at the concert was exceptionally friendly. Janusz Radek engaged in dialogue with the audience as if they were good friends. He praised our city, the concert organizers, the well-equipped hall, and the professional equipment. After the concert, he signed autographs and took photos with female fans.
Janusz Radek is well known to the people of Bolesławiec. He has been regularly visiting our city for almost 10 years. He has performed here seven times with successive musical projects, and each of his performances was different, with a different repertoire each time. In the Forum hall, he presented his albums “Serwus Madonna,” “Gdzieś pomiędzy,” and “Z ust do ust.” We also hosted him with Zbigniew Książek and Piotr Rubik’s Tryptyk Świętokrzyski, during the City Days with the repertoire “Dziwny Ten Świat – opowieść Niemenem,” and at the Bolesławiecka Gwiazdka Życzliwości, where he performed with Jacek Wójcicki and Olga Szomańska.
