Ahead of Mother’s Day, on Saturday at 11:00 a.m., activities for children and young people will be held at the Bolesławiec Cultural Centre–International Ceramics Centre. They will be led by Doroty Dziedzic-Lechowskiej and Edyta Orlińska. Children will be able to create unique handmade gifts to give to their mothers on their holiday, as well as to their fathers, whose holiday falls on 23 June.
Small works of art will be made using art materials: coloured tissue paper, crepe paper and glitter. Participants will also be able to learn about the decoupage technique (a decorative technique involving gluing a paper-cut design onto a surface).
The activities are free of charge. Places are limited. Registration is available at the Tourist and Cultural Information Point at BOK-MCC, tel. 75 645 32 90.
