– The tender is a consequence of terminating the contract with Murbet of Kalisz, which—despite repeated interventions—did not begin construction. As a result, it could not guarantee that the investment would be completed on time, namely by 2015. The company was also charged contractual penalties, informs Bolesławiec Mayor Piotr Roman.
The investment is financed entirely from funds obtained through municipal bonds amounting to PLN 10.5 million. All apartments will be rented to the Municipality of Bolesławiec for subletting under the terms applicable to municipal housing.
It is worth recalling that two buildings with 80 apartments each will be constructed on Staroszkolna Street. They will include one-room apartments (32–39 m²), two-room apartments (41–53 m²), and three-room apartments (54–59 m²). The investment will be carried out in two stages. The first stage will involve constructing a building with 80 apartments; the second stage provides for the same number of apartments.
