We have completed another free session as part of the BiegamBoLubię campaign. Thirty-seven people, including four children, took part in Saturday’s training session. “We are very pleased with the growing attendance. Most of all, however, we are happy that more and more families with children are coming to the sessions we conduct,” says coach Bartosz Gruman. “It will get warmer and warmer, so we hope that the number of such people will continue to grow. It is simply a great way to spend your free time: staying active outdoors.”
“After the session, those who still want to run a little more can do so with me and take advantage of the many opportunities offered by our city’s location. There are truly many beautiful running areas around Bolesławiec,” adds coach Dariusz Łomański.
The organizers invite everyone to training sessions held at the municipal stadium every Thursday at 5:00 p.m. and Saturday at 9:30 a.m..
