The incident occurred on Monday, 17 February, on the road between Godzieszów and Henryków (road no. 296). At around 7:50 a.m., the driver of a Fiat Uno travelling towards Lubań lost control of the vehicle, left the road and ended up in a ditch. Two people were travelling in the car; both were taken to hospital. The police are determining the cause of the incident.
Firefighters from Bolesławiec and Lubań, as well as volunteer firefighters from Nowogrodziec, took part in the operation.
Update
Another road incident occurred in Dobra (Bolesławiec Municipality). At around 8:00 a.m., the driver of a Nissan rolled over. The man was travelling alone. Fortunately, he did not suffer any more serious injuries.
