The incident occurred on January 28 on Prusa Street in Bolesławiec. At around 9:50 p.m., a monitoring operator noticed one man beating another. Officers of the Bolesławiec Municipal Police were immediately dispatched to the scene. The officers apprehended the perpetrator of the assault.
