E-Invoice
An e-Invoice, sometimes called a green invoice, is an electronic alternative to traditional invoices printed on paper. An e-Invoice is delivered immediately to the mailbox. This saves the customer time and money, protects the environment and, as experience shows, also saves nerves.
Always on time
An e-Invoice always reaches the customer on time, and there is no need to worry that it will be overlooked in a pile of paper leaflets, as can happen with paper invoices delivered by traditional mail. In addition, customers can use the SMS service bonus. This service enables them to receive notifications:
- of failures and planned work on water and sewerage networks at the recipient’s place of residence
- that a VAT invoice for PWiK services has been issued
- of the approaching VAT invoice payment deadline
- of overdue payments
- and thank-you messages for paying liabilities on time
An e-Invoice is easy to read (it is in PDF format) and archive, because there is no need to store another pile of papers; creating a folder in the documents on your computer is sufficient. The electronic invoices sent meet all legal requirements concerning the circulation of electronic documents.
Advantages of the e-Invoice
The basic advantages of an electronic invoice include: fast delivery to the recipient, reduced costs associated with printing and sending invoices by traditional mail, all invoices available in one place, access to invoices from anywhere with Internet access, and the ability to receive invoices directly in an email inbox.
How much does an e-Invoice cost?
Nothing. Everything is free: invoice delivery and SMS notifications. There is only something to gain. Since January 2014, recipients using the e-Invoice service have paid a lower subscription fee than those who receive invoices by post. An additional bonus.
How do you sign up for the e-Invoice service?
First of all, read the “Regulations on Issuing and Sending Invoices Electronically”, available on the PWiK company websiteor at the Customer Service Office at 17 Łasicka Street. Then fill out the form available on the website or visit the Customer Service Office.
