On Monday, 6 January, the Three Kings Processions will once again pass through the streets of Bolesławiec and Nowogrodziec. In 2014, the motto “Let Us Sing Carols!” encourages people to sing carols together joyfully, as well as to discover the rich tradition associated with carol singing, which includes, among other things, going from house to house with a star and a turon, staging nativity plays and Herod plays, and building Christmas cribs.

The Parish of Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Bolesławiec (Castle Square) will begin the joint celebrations with Holy Mass, which will start at 1:00 p.m.. This year, the Bolesławiec procession will also bring together the communities of believers from the parishes of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary and St. Nicholas, and Saints Cyril and Methodius. In Nowogrodziec, the celebrations will begin with a service at the parish church of Saints Peter and Paul. It starts at 11:00 a.m.. Honorary patronage of the procession has been assumed by Legnica Bishop Stefan Cichy and Nowogrodziec Mayor Robert Relich.
