On 11 December, young footballers from COMT 2012 Bolesławiec, together with their guardians, visited Lisbon. They experienced a fantastic sporting adventure there. The most important part of the young footballers’ stay in Portugal was the Benfica–COMT match. Our players lost to the hosts 1–7 (COMT’s goal – 8th minute – Dominik Kuboń). Despite losing the match, the visit to Benfica will remain an unforgettable experience for the young footballers.
In addition to playing the match, the COMT footballers and their guardians had the opportunity to watch the Champions League match between SL Benfica and Paris Saint-Germain. The Lisbon team won the match 2–1. During their visit to Lisbon, the young footballers also toured Benfica’s stadium and the club museum. Extensive reports and photos from the stay of the COMT 2012 Bolesławiec players and coaches in Lisbon can be seen on the website of the Centrum Odkrywania Młodych Talentów 2012..
