At the Ceramics Department on Mickiewicza Street, as part of art classes led by instructors, participants will be able to make Christmas decorations from salt dough and decorate baubles themselves. The classes will run from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
All the handicrafts can be taken home and used to decorate the Christmas tree. Additionally, at 11:00 a.m., children and young people from the carol-singing group from Gościszów will perform a nativity play.
The “Around Christmas” event is one of the elements of the “Gardens of Living Tradition – Protection of the Common Heritage of the Polish-Czech Borderland” project, co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund under the Operational Programme of Cross-Border Cooperation Czech Republic – Republic of Poland 2007–2013.
