Investor Jan von Lewinski of the ANTAN Group spoke with great satisfaction about the gallery’s high revenues. “So far, the gallery has earned 24,700,000 zlotys,” Lewinski said. “We plan to increase this income to 42 million in 2014. The best-performing store has sales of almost 4,500 zlotys per square meter. In less than a year, people visited the gallery 1.8 million times,” the investor added.

The BCC gallery employs 140 people. New stores have recently been added. Sinsay and Cropp opened in September. The gallery’s space is being used effectively, and the stores were selected so that they would not compete with one another.

The county governor and deputy mayor emphasized how eagerly the shopping gallery had been anticipated in the city and county. They congratulated the investor and retailers on their success and wished them continued growth.
