This time, the Young Entrepreneur Competition is addressed exclusively to upper-secondary school students. Individuals and groups from Bolesławiec County and neighboring counties may participate. Starting in September, participants may submit independently prepared descriptions and business plans for their own companies.
The students’ work will be assessed by a competition committee. It will include business professionals with practical experience and economists. The 10 best entries will be selected for the second stage. Their authors will have the opportunity to convince the judges that their business idea has a chance of succeeding.
This year, the competition schedule was changed for the convenience of students taking part in the competition. Entries must be submitted to the BTG office by the end of January next year. The competition committee’s final activities and the announcement of the results will take place in March. The first prize is PLN 1,000, the second prize is PLN 700, and the third prize is PLN 500.
