The incident occurred on Friday, October 25, at the main intersection in Lubków (Warta Bolesławiecka municipality). After 3 p.m., a moped collided with a passenger car. Preliminary findings indicate that the man riding the moped was entering the intersection from a minor road and failed to yield the right of way to the driver of a Nissan. The moped rider was injured in the collision. He was taken to hospital.
