The Bolesławiec Social Housing Society has signed a contract for construction work, under which a municipal housing building with 80 apartments (of various layouts—from one-room to three-room apartments; all finished to a turnkey standard) will be built on Staroszkolna Street. It will be the first municipal housing building financed with municipal bonds.
The work is scheduled for completion by 30 April 2015. The contractor is a company from Kalisz. The Bolesławiec municipal office will handle the rental of the newly built apartments.
Construction will begin on 10 October this year.
