In mid-September, an open tender was held for granting perpetual usufruct (for 99 years) of a plot of land measuring almost half a hectare. The property, which previously housed a ceramics plant, is located at 19A Polna Street.
The plot's asking price was PLN 300,000. As a result of the tender, a price almost five times higher was achieved. A private individual from Jelenia Góra purchased it for PLN 1.465 million.
