The recital by Anna Pieszko took place on September 13 at the Old Theatre in Bolesławiec. “Friday the 13th turned out to be a lucky day for me. I would like to thank MDK director Marek Łętowski for this opportunity, as well as all the Theatre employees for their work and help,” says the young vocalist.
She adds: “Thank you very much for the tremendous support and warm reception from the audience. It was a valuable experience for me, but it should not be forgotten that I was not alone. I extend my enormous thanks to my accompanists: Sławomir Zimniak and Jakub Wędzina, who devoted their time to mastering the pieces I had selected. The host, Barbara Falarz, also did an excellent job, as did Aleksander Kinach, who accompanied me while I performed one of the songs. Thank you all very much for this wonderful adventure.”
