Coaches’ comments
Mieczysław Bienusiewicz, AKS Strzegom coach: "We came here to earn a point. We played on Sunday and had little time to rest. We knew that Bolesławiec had been resting since Friday, that they would take the initiative, and we were prepared for that. Unfortunately, a few minutes before the end, we allowed them to score from distance; we stopped marking their player. A long-range shot, the player had plenty of room to shoot... We made a mistake and lost."
Marcin Ciliński, BKS coach: "I won’t hide the fact that the last few matches have taken a lot out of us. The last match in Zgorzelec cost us a great deal. And today was difficult, all the more so because the other team played defensively. They set up to congest the field, and it was difficult, especially since we made many inaccurate passes. It takes skill to win a match like this. The second goal came shortly after the first, because they opened up and wanted to equalize."
