Fifty players took part in Saturday’s tournament. Krystyna Szwajkowska defeated Maria Grzesiak from Wrocław 3–0. The player from Bolesławiec also beat Anna Kałmuczak from Poznań, the fourth-ranked player in the national squash rankings. The contest was very close and ended with a 3–1 result in favor of the Bolesławiec player.
