A Koleje Dolnośląskie ticket office has opened at the Bolesławiec railway station; a Przewozy Regionalne ticket office operated there previously. “Most of our connections have been taken over by Koleje Dolnośląskie, so a PR ticket office has no reason to operate there,” Andrzej Piech, head of the sales department at the Dolnośląski Zakład Przewozów Regionalnych in Wrocław, explained in an interview with “ii”. He reassures travellers: “They will not feel the effects of this change. Tickets at the new office are sold for the needs of both our company and KD.”
The Bolesławiec ticket office is open every day from 5:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
