The State Middle School No. 3 named after John Paul II in Bolesławiec obtained the Certificate of a School That Cares About Safety, issued by the Lower Silesian Council for the Safety of Children and Youth and the Lower Silesian education superintendent Beata Pawłowicz. The certificate is awarded to the school until 31 May 2016 – provided that “the system operates continuously and satisfactorily”.
Moreover, Bolesławiec Middle School No. 3 was honoured with the Stand on the Green Side of Power Certificate. The school actively participated in an environmental campaign organised by Slam Poland. The students of “No. 3” collected CD and DVD discs, disc packaging, batteries, chargers, electrical cables and used mobile phones.
