The zone’s boundaries are marked by the following streets: Kościuszki Street to the west, Cieszkowskiego Street to the south, the railway line running along Modłowa Street to the east, and the city’s northern boundaries.
The land within the zone belongs to the Municipality of Bolesławiec as well as to legal entities and private individuals. In order to allocate the entire zone for investment, the city will conclude appropriate agreements with the landowners. The creation of the zone is intended to stimulate the city’s economic activity, attract new entrepreneurs and create new jobs.
