The first edition of the Inter-School Ecological Recitation Competition for Primary and Lower Secondary Schools will take place on 29 May at 12:00 in the auditorium of Miejski Zespół Szkół nr 2 in Bolesławiec (Jana Pawła II Street). The competition auditions and its ceremonial final (announcement of the results, presentation of prizes and diplomas) will be held there. During the ceremony, works awarded in ecological art competitions will also be presented.
The aims of the competition are:
- popularising and promoting the talents of children and young people
- discovering and supporting recitation talents
- seeking innovative interpretations of well-known literary and poetic works on pro-environmental and nature-related themes
- caring for the culture of language
- stimulating creative activity
- developing artistic skills through participation in the competition
- shaping pro-environmental attitudes and a sense of responsibility for the immediate surroundings
- educating people to understand and respect nature
- promoting behaviour aimed at protecting the Planet.
